Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To ensure a smooth and transparent reservation process, please review our cancellation policy below.
Reservation and Payment Terms
50% Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.
Full Payment: The remaining balance of your reservation is due no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Fees
We understand that plans can change. However, as a small accommodation establishment, cancellations can have a significant impact on our operations. Therefore, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: If you cancel your reservation 45 days or more before your arrival date, a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before arrival: For cancellations made between 44 and 31 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation between 30 and 16 days before arrival: If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival, a 75% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation 15 days or less before arrival: Cancellations made 15 days or less before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 90% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded.
No-Show Policy
No-Shows: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued.
Modifications to Your Reservation
Changes to Dates or Room Type: If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes may incur additional charges and must be made at least 16 days prior to your arrival to avoid any penalties.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for the transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Special Considerations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us directly. We may be able to offer a partial refund or a credit for a future stay at our discretion.
